COMMUNICATION STRATEGY IN MAINTAINING ZERO ACCIDENT THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (K3) CULTURE
(Study on Health, Safety, Security and Environment PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia Regional Office 2 Belilas)

PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia has become one of the companies receiving the zero accident award amidst the increasing number of workplace accidents and how does the audience respond to the communication strategy used by HSSE PT TGI RO 2 Belilas in maintaining zero accidents through the implementation of safety and occupational health culture (K3).
This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach Informant selection was done through purposive technique, data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation Data analysis was done using Creswell's technique, and data validity was ensured through triangulation of data sources, techniques, and time.
From this research, the researchers successfully found that: 1.) HSSE selects communicators who are competent and have good credibility according to the material they will convey. 2.) They categorize the audience based on the type of work they do and their place of residence. 3.) Using informative, persuasive, and coercive messages with simple and easily understandable language as a communication strategy. 4.) Utilizing print media such as posters, electronic media like television, internet through email, and direct communication channels (such as monthly P2K3 meetings) as a platform for evaluating HSSE programs. 5.) The audience shows a sufficiently positive response in the form of increased knowledge and skills in implementing occupational safety and health (OSH) culture within the company environment, and the zero accident condition has been successfully maintained up to the present time.
