Pengembangan Media Historiografi Berbasis Brosur Situs Sejarah Lokal Untuk Pemahaman Sejarah Lokal Pada Siswa Man 2 Kuantan Singingi

This research discusses the development of historical site-based historiography media for understanding local history for MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi students. This research aims to find out how to develop historiographic media based on local historical sites at MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi, then to find out the feasibility of historiographic media based on local historical sites in the inclusion of Islamic Religion and Culture in Indonesia and to find out students' perceptions of the development of history-based historiographic media local in Indonesian History lessons. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The subjects in this research were representatives from each class, totaling 4 students. and class X 4 students totaling 20 students. Based on the results of the assessment carried out by material experts, the overall percentage was 95% in the "Very Appropriate" category, the assessment carried out by media experts obtained a percentage of 92% in the "Very Appropriate" category, the assessment by students in small groups obtained a percentage of 94 % in the "Very Appropriate" category in the large group obtained a percentage of 90% in the "Very Appropriate" category, and finally the assessment by the teacher obtained a percentage of 96% in the "Very Appropriate" category. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the development of historiography media based on historical sites is "Very Appropriate" to be used as a learning medium to attract students' attention, especially in class X history learning at MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi. The perception of the development of Powtoon-based video media is based on the results of responses given by students regarding this media, showing that the media can attract students' interest in the learning process, especially learning Indonesian history.
