ABSTRACT
There is a lot of news about administrative services that are not in accordance with the wishes of the community, one of which is administrative services in the health sector. Efficient and effective administrative services are considered an important factor in improving the quality of services in the health sector and patient satisfaction. Pratama Clinic, PT. IKPP, Tualang District, Siak Regency, is one of the places for this research. This study aims to analyze the effect of administrative services on patient satisfaction at PT Pratama Clinic. (IKPP), which is located in Tulang District, Siak Regency. In this study, the independent variable is the influence of administrative services. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method with a product-moment correlation approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to patients who had received services at the clinic. Data analysis was carried out using the coefficient of determination to test the relationship between administrative service variables and patient satisfaction. The data obtained in this study used a random sampling method, which was processed in the IBM SPSS 23 program. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between the quality of administrative services and the level of patient satisfaction. It is hoped that these findings can provide input for the management of PT Pratama Clinic, IKPP, in an effort to improve the quality of administrative services in order to achieve optimal patient satisfaction.
