Karakteristik Morfologi Daun Kopi Robusta (Coffea Canephora) Fase Bibit Dan Dewasa Di Puslitkoka Indonesia Sebagai Rancangan Booklet Materi Pertumbuhan Dan Perkembangan Kelas Xii Sma

The research was conducted to determine morphological characteristics of Robusta coffee leaves in the seedling and mature stages. This research was carried out for 1 year and 1 month starting in May 2023 – June 2024. This research used two designs, survey research and booklet design. The parameters qualitative including color, shape, tip shape, depth of leaf secondary veins and quantitative parameters include leaf length and width. The research was conducted at germplasm plantations and robusta coffee beds, the Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Center. The sample determination using a purposive random sampling technique by paying attention to the growth flush of Robusta coffee plants clones BP 308, BP 409 and BP 939. The results of research qualitative characteristics of Robusta coffee leaf morphology in three clones in the seedling and adult stages have an elliptic shape and apiculate leaf tip shape. Clones BP 308, BP 409 and BP 939 can be differentiated based on color and depth of leaf secondary veins. The quantitative characteristics of leaves experienced the development of leaf length and width in the three types of clones. The seedling and adult phases of clones BP 308, BP 409, and BP 409 have many differences due to developmental factors so they form a cluster together at a distance of 0.7. Data from the results of this research also have the potential to be used as a booklet learning media design for the Growth and Development of Living Creatures material for class XII SMA.
