Pengembangan Media Video Berbasis Powtoon Pada Materi Masa Akhir Orde Baru Kelas Xii Sman 1 Bandar Petalangan

This research discusses the development of powtoon-based video media in material from the end of the New Order period for class XII at SMAN 1 Bandar Petalangan. This research aims to find out how to develop powtoon-based video media at SMAN 1 Bandar Bandar Petalangan, then to find out the feasibility of powtoon-based video media in material for the end of the New Order class in History learning. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation and questionnaires. The subjects in this research were 8 students in class XII.1 and 26 students in class XII.2. Based on the results of the assessment carried out by material experts, the overall percentage was 88.8% in the "Very Eligible" category, the assessment carried out by media experts obtained a percentage of 85.45% in the "Very Eligible" category, assessment by students in small groups obtained a percentage of 80% in the "Decent" category, in the large group obtained a percentage of 87.9% in the "Very Eligible" category, and finally the assessment by the teacher obtained a percentage of 96% in the "Very Eligible" category. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the development of powtoon-based video media is "Very Appropriate" to be used as a learning medium to attract students' attention, especially in class XII history learning at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Petalangan.
