Efektivitas Komunikasi Akun Instagram @Satgasppks_Unri Dalam Sosialisasi Permendikbudristek No. 30 Tahun 2021 Di Universitas Riau

The Riau University PPKS Task Force uses Instagram to disseminate information related to the socialization of Permendikbudristek no.30 of 2021. Permendikbudristek no.30 of 2021 is a ministerial regulation regarding the prevention and handling of sexual violence in higher education environments, but there are still many Riau University students who do not know about the regulations. the minister. Based on this, this research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Instagram account @satgasppks_unri in socializing Permendikbudristek no. 30 of 2021 at Riau University.
This research uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques, namely by distributing online questionnaires using Google forms to followers of the Instagram account @satgasppks_unri with a population of 1,031 followers and a sample of 289 respondents determined through a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis techniques using the SPSS application.
The results of this research indicate that the level of effectiveness of the Instagram account @satgasppks_unri as an online information medium for socialization is classified as very effective. This is proven by the results of data collection which is measured by six indicators, namely the source indicator with a value of 71.42%, the message content indicator with a value of 69.84%, the indicator of timeliness with a value of 68.63. %, format indicator with a value of 67.94%, communication media indicator with a value of 65.79% and the lowest measurement result is the message recipient indicator with a value of 62.74%. Based on the average of the six indicators, the percentage of communication effectiveness of the Instagram account @satgasppks_unri is 67.73%, which is in the effective category.
