Pengaruh Model Tgt (Teams Game Tournament) Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Pembelajaran Sejarah Di Kelas Xi Sma Babussalam Pekanbaru
The background of this research is that there are problems faced by students when studying history subjects in class student activity during the learning process. The problems studied in this research are: (1) How is the TGT (Teams Game Tournament) model implemented in history learning in class XI SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru? (2) Does the TGT (Teams Game Tournament) model have an effect on students' interest in learning history in class XI SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru? (3) How big is the influence of the TGT (Teams Game Tournament) model on students' interest in learning history in class XI SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru? The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires to respondents in class collection of questionnaire/questionnaire data and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test and the t Test using the Teams Game Tournament Variable (X) and the Learning Interest Variable (Y). Based on the results of the statistical analysis of Normality, Homogeneity and t Test, it was concluded that there was an influence of the TGT (Teams Game Tournament) model on learning interest in history learning in class XI SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru. Judging from the average of the experimental class, it is higher than the control class. In the experimental class using the Teams Game Tournament model, student interest had an average of 80.7. The control class had an average score of student interest in learning of 78.3.
