Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Trasformasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Melalui Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening ( Studi Pada Karyawan Hotel Swiss-Belinn Ska Pekabaru)
This research examines the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership style on organizational commitment through work motivation as an intervening variable. This research aims to find out how organizational culture and transformational leadership style influence organizations through work motivation as an intervening variable. This research uses a research method in the form of distributing questionnaires to 95 employees of the Swss-Belin SKA Pekanbaru hotel and then testing it using SmartPLS 3.2 as a testing tool which then finds that the influence of organizational culture style on commitment is not significant and then the influence of transformational leadership style has a significant influence on organizational commitment, and there is an indirect influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment through motivation as a mediator which produces significant results and the influence of transformational leadership style on organizational commitment through work motivation as a medium with results that are not significant but have a weak influence.
