KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN TERINTEGRASI PADA JASA BIRO UMROH AMAN HAROMAIN TRAVEL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH JAMAAH
Biro Umrah Aman Haromain Travel is an biro umrah, one of the umrah tour & travel
service providers. The existence of the Biro Umrah Aman Haromain Travel was built starting
in 2017 until now, but this biro was previously called the Biro Amanah Travel Indonesia
Umrah. In increasing the number of pilgrims, an effective integrated marketing communication
is needed to create attractiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the segmentation,
targeting and positioning of the Biro Umrah Aman Haromain Travel in increasing the number
of Umrah pilgrims, and to determine the application of integrated marketing communication
(Integrated Marketing Communication) carried out by the manager of the Biro Umrah Aman
Haromain Travel.
This research uses qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study consisted of
six research subjects as informants through purposive techniques. Data collection techniques
are grouped into three parts, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. The data
analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Hiberman interactive data model. Data
validity checks use data source triangulation techniques.
The results showed that the segmentation of the manager of the Biro Umrah Aman
Haromain Travel is adults and the elderly with a targeting of 300 pilgrims each year and
positioning in the form of the tag line “Umrohnya Lebih Nyaman”. The form of integrated
marketing communication Integrated Marketing Communication carried out by the Biro
Umrah Aman Haromain Travel is interactive communication (online marketing) with social
media, the Biro Umrah Aman Haromain Travel uses social media such as Facebook,
Instagram, websites as promotional tools, personal selling, the Biro Umrah Aman Haromain
Travel sends a team to carry out direct promotion to the grand wired event and other Muslim
events, sales promotion, namely giving discounts and discounts to Umrah pilgrims when there
are certain holidays. Advertising, the Biro Umrah Aman Haromain Travel utilizes print media
and online media with social media and websites, as well as banners and brochures to promote
the Biro Umrah Aman Haromain Travel. Word of mouth, the manager conveys information to
the closest person and the person conveys it to others. As well as public relations, namely
collaborating with various local to national Ustaz, such as Ustaz Abdul Somad, and others in
promoting the Biro Umrah Aman Haromain Travel.
