Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawanpt. Jasa Raharja Cabang Riau
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the influence of transformational leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) on the company PT Jasa Raharja Riau Branch, Pekanbaru. The method used to conduct this research is descriptive quantitative. Research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from respondents through a questionnaire distributed consisting of 32 statements. The population in this study were all employee members of PT Jasa Raharja Riau Branch, Pekanbaru.. The results obtained from this study indicate that, (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, (3) transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. While the F test, shows that there is a relationship between variables X and Y because the value of Fhitung > Ftabel. The result of R square is 0.791. This value shows that a total of 79.1% of leadership and organizational culture variables have a positive influence on employee loyalty at PT. Jasa Raharja Riau Branch, where the remaining 20.9% is influenced by variables not used in this study.
