Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Kesehatan Keselamatan Kerja (K3)Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and K3 health on the performance of employees of PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru with quantitative research methods. The sample of this study were 57 respondents, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed through linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that: (1 There is a significant influence of training on employee performance at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The t-count value is 8.547 > t-table 1.673 and Sig 0.000 < 0.05, proving that training has an effect on employee performance.The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if training increases by
0.492 it will increase employee performance by 0.492 constantly (2) There is a significant influence of occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The t-count value 7.604
> t-table 1.673 and Sig 0.000 < 0.05. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that if occupational health and safety (K3) increases by 0.816, it will increase employee performance by 0.816 constantly. (3) There is a significant influence of training and occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. From the results of the F test, the calculated F-count was 59.409 > F-table 3.15 with a significant value of
0.00 < 0.05. The results of the determination test showed that training and occupational health and safety (K3) contributed to employee performance at PT Lutyindo, Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru amounting to 68.8 % while the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other variables that were not examined.
