Pengaruh Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3)Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Pt East Infinita Indonesia Cabang Duri)

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT East Infinita Indonesia, Duri. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of PT East Indonesia, Duri with a sample of 61 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS (Statistic Product And Service Solution) application program. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT East Infinita Indonesia, Duri.
