Strategi Komunikasi Bkkbn Dalammenjalankan Program Usahapeningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (Uppks) Kemuningkampung Sengkemang Kecamatan Koto Gasib Kabupaten Siak
Upaya Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) seeks to reduce the poverty rate that occurs in villages by creating employment opportunities, especially for women such as housewives from couples of childbearing age, prosperous families I, II, and III. The government provides knowledge, guidance, training, coaching and capital stimulation, all of this is carried out by the government through the BKKBN. The aim of this research is to determine the BKKBN's communication strategy in Upaya Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) in Kemuning, Sengkemang village. UPPKS Kemuning is often the representative to carry out competitions or training, but apart from that, in UPPKS Kemuning there are also many members who have a lack of initiative, lack of participation in developing the UPPKS Kemuning group, thus making UPPKS Kemuning less developed, this is what makes researchers interested in researching UPPKS Kemuning.
This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews and documentation studies. This research uses the SMCR (source, Massage, Channel, Receiver) model proposed by David
K. Berlo. The informants in this research were 4 people who were selected using purposive techniques, namely the District PLKB, the Chair of UPPKS Kemuning, UPPKS Kemuning members, and the families of UPPKS Kemuning members. Checking the validity of the data uses source triangulation techniques.
Based on the results of the research conducted by the researchers, the results of the research to identify the first problem were the results of the communicator strategy for the Kemuning Prosperous Family Income Increasing Business (UPPKS) which was a PLKB assigned by the BKKBN to one sub-district. The strategy for determining the audience is specifically for housewives, especially PUS, Prosperous Families I, II, III. The communication messages conveyed are in the form of informative, educative and persuasive messages in language that is easy to understand. The media used is offline media.
