Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Employee Engagement Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Cv. Prima Sugih Abadi
This study aims to explore how organizational culture influences employee engagement, with job satisfaction as a factor that mediates this relationship as a mediating variable, in CV. Prima Sugih Abadi. Using a quantitative approach, this study evaluates the relationship between organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee engagement. Data was collected through surveys distributed to CV employees. Prima Sugih Abadi uses a questionnaire to measure their job satisfaction and engagement. The results of statistical analysis show that positive organizational culture significantly increases job satisfaction, which then mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement. This confirms that job satisfaction is a key factor in strengthening employee engagement. Based on these findings, it is recommended that CV. Prima Sugih Abadi strengthens human resource management practices that support an inclusive organizational culture, in order to create job satisfaction and employee engagement. This study makes a new contribution to the human resource management literature by showing how a good organizational culture can strengthen employee engagement and satisfaction in a competitive work environment.
