Analisis Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru PAUD Se Kecamatan Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat

This study aims to determine the level of pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers in Talamau District, West Pasaman Regency. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population in this study was 40 PAUD teachers in Talamau District, West Pasaman Regency. The sample determination in this study used a saturated sampling technique or total sampling, so the sample in this study was the entire population of 40 teachers. Data collection method using questionnaire. Data analysis in this study using percentage formula. The results showed that the level of pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers in Talamau District, West Pasaman Regency was generally in the category of very good with a percentage of (81.63%).
