PEMBUATAN ALAT PEMANGGANG MAKANAN BOLAK-BALIK
Grilling tools used today generally still use square-shaped wire clamps. The fish
or chicken to be grilled is arranged and clamped then placed on top of the combustion
chamber and fanned manually. Through this method, uneven roasting results are
obtained or charred in certain parts because the combustion chamber is too close. Apart
from that, manual fanning also requires special energy for a long period of time. This
grill is made using certain machines such as a lathe, drilling machine, welding machine,
and also the necessary materials. After a test of this food roaster, the result was that with
this rooster, the time spent on roasting was faster than conventional roaster and the food
could be roasted more in a given time. And after a measurement of the component of this
roaster the result obtained was the largest error on the frame part 6% and on the
clamping part 6.6% in addition to the error obtaining on the handle part 3.4%, the upper
part of the kantaliver part 3.8% and the result of the cantaliver under the biggest error
part was 0.35% and the greatest error result obtained on the tail and reel part is 2.66%.
This can happen because of poor cutting capabilities.
