APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN DISTRIBUSI SURAT DAN DOKUMEN DENGAN NOTIFIKASI DI JURUSAN TEKNIK ELEKTRO UNIVERSITAS RIAU

The Electrical Engineering Department at Universitas Riau, part of the Faculty of
Engineering, is responsible for various academic and administrative aspects.
Currently, the process of disseminating information and submitting administrative
requests such as leave applications is conducted manually and through unofficial
platforms like WhatsApp and email. This leads to difficulties in documentation and
delays in the approval process. To address these issues, the distribution of letters
and documents application with WhatsApp notification features has been developed
to ensure timely information delivery to users. The application is developed using
the Laravel framework and node.js for sending WhatsApp notifications. System
testing was conducted based on the ISO 25010 standard, encompassing eight
testing aspects. The Functionality suitability testing showed a 100% result from 28
test cases. Reliability testing using SonarQube tools indicated good results with no
bugs and high Maintainability. Performance Efficiency testing using PageSpeed
Insight tools showed optimal values, with the application's performance reaching
a good level. Portability testing demonstrated that the application works well on
various tested browsers, and compatibility testing showed the application is
compatible with various desktop and mobile devices. Security testing using Qualys
SSL Labs tools indicated that the application is safe to use with excellent results.
Finally, Usability testing using UEQ resulted in the following scores: attractiveness
2.087, perspicuity 2.152, efficiency 2.19, dependability 2.204, stimulation 2.095,
novelty 1.726.
