Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pendaftaran Member Supermarket Menggunakan Metode Prototype Berbasis Android

As one of the major supermarkets in Pekanbaru, Jumbomart offers a membership
program to enhance the shopping experience and attract customers. Customers can
register as Jumbomart members at the Jumbomart information center by providing
personal data, which is then registered by the staff. However, there are frequent issues
with this registration process, such as long wait times due to queues. Additionally, the
member card containing a barcode, which serves as proof of membership, is often
forgotten by customers. Customers who do not bring their member card also sometimes
forget their customer ID or the phone number registered at the information center.
Given these challenges, an application is needed to help Jumbomart customers register
as members more effectively and efficiently. The application is developed using the
prototype method, which includes the stages of communication, quick planning,
modeling quick design, construction of the prototype, and deployment delivery and
feedback. The development process involves designing Use Case Diagrams, DFD,
ERD, Wireflow, Wireframe, and Mockup. The application is developed using Android
Studio as it is an Android-based application. The development utilizes Kotlin
programming language and MySQL for the database. The system application testing
follows the ISO 25010 standard, which consists of 8 testing aspects: functional
suitability, reliability, usability, performance efficiency, compatibility, security,
portability, and maintainability.
