RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI HI-LAW SEBAGAI MEDIA KONSULTASI HUKUM ONLINE BERBASIS ANDROID

Law is a crucial element in Indonesia, a country founded on the rule of law. Its
implementation involves various professions, one of which is the advocate.
Advocates play an important role in the legal processes that occur in Indonesia.
They have the right to intervene in legal matters, provide legal consultations, and
represent those who hire their services. Normally, clients need to first seek
information about who, how, and where they can find available advocates in their
area to conduct legal consultations. In the area where this research is conducted,
specifically Kuantan Singingi Regency, people who want to consult on legal
matters often find it difficult to find advocates or law firms. Moreover, they need
to travel quite a distance to reach an advocate's office for legal consultations.
Addressing this issue, the author developed an application named Hi-Law, aimed
at providing an Android-based platform for legal consultations. The purpose of
this research is to create an application that facilitates users in finding and viewing
trustworthy advocates and conducting online legal consultations with them
without worrying about the distance to the advocate's office.
