Pengaruh Media Game Edukasi Berbasis Wordwall.Net Terhadap Pengenalan Bahasa Inggris Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Tk Santa Maria Pasir Putih
This study aims to analyze the impact of using Wordwall.net-based educational
game s on English language recognition among children aged 5-6 years at TK
Santa Maria Pasir Putih. The study was motivated by the low interest and ability
of children in recognizing English, caused by the lack of engaging and varied
learning media. The research method used is a quantitative method with an
experimental design. A total of 15 children were selected as the study sample
using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through
objective tests analyzed using hypothesis testing with the assistance of IMB SPSS
V.26.0 software. The results of the study showed a significant increase in English

language recognition after the application of Wordwall.net media. Before
treatment, most children were in the “starting to develop” (MB) category, while
after treatment, 80% of the children reached the “developing very well” (BSB)
category. These results indicate that the Wordwall.net-based educational game
media is effective in improving English language recognition among young
children. The normalized gain score of 81.56% indicates a high level of impact.
Thus, the use of Wordwall.net media can be an effective alternative in the process
of English language introduction for young children.
