Analisis Peran Guru Dalam Penguatan Dimensi Berkebhinekaan Global Melalui Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Dan Kewarganegaraan Pada Siswa Kelas IV SD
The purpose of this research is to understand the role of teachers in strengthening the dimensions of global diversity through the learning of pancasila and citizenship education among IV elementary school students in Pekanbaru. This research is qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The subject of this research is the fourth-grade homeroom teacher, the principal, and the fourth-grade students. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation methods. Researcher are the main instruments in research aided by observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used is the qualitative model by Miles and Huberman, which starts with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation used to test the validity of the data is source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research findings indicate that there are five roles of teachers in strengthening the dimensions of global diversity through the learning of pancasila education and citizenship. The roles are teacher as a role model, teacher as an inspirer, teacher as a motivator, teacher as a dynamizer, and teacher as an evaluator.
