This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment and competence on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. This study has 48 respondents who are total employees at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. This study uses Census Sampling or Total Sampling techniques. This study uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2 ). The results of this study indicate that the work environment and competence have a significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru.
