Implementasi Peraturan Bupati Lima Puluh Kota Nomor 31 Tahun 2022 Di Kabupaten 50 Kota

The 50 Kota Regency Government issued the 50 Kota Regent Regulation Number 31 of 2022 concerning the Implementation of the Local Content Curriculum of Minangkabau Natural Culture in 50 Kota Regency, which aims to preserve, develop, and create Minangkabau Natural Culture. However, there are still issues in the implementation process. The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the Implementation of the Regnt Regulation of Lima Puluh Kota Number 31 of 2022 in the 50 Kota District. Additionaly, it aims to identify the factors that hinder the implementation of the Regent Reguulation of 50 Kota Regent Regulation Number 31 of 2022 using the policy Implementation of the Lima Puluh Kota Number 31 of 2022 using the policy implementation theory according to Van Meter and Van Horn. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Lima Puluh Kota Regent Regulation Number 31 of 2022 in the 50 kota District has not been carried out effectively. The inhibiting factors are unqualified teachers, unavailability of books, teaching materials not supported by concrete actions from the implmentors, uneven socialization, and low student interest in learning BAM.
