Diskominfoss, as the administrator of internet networks for 72 local government organizations in Kuantan Singingi District, including office complexes, sub-district offices, village offices, health centers, and schools, faces challenges in managing computer network disruption complaints from governmental departments often received via telephone, making them difficult to monitor and track. To address this issue, research has been conducted implementing GIS to expedite the handling of complaints, facilitate the identification of problem locations, and enhance customer satisfaction. By deploying a web-based application, utilizing MikroTik devices for real-time network traffic monitoring, and Telegram for client notification, GIS implementation for network monitoring has proven itself as an increasingly relevant and beneficial solution.
