Implementasi Program Kunjungan Rumah Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (Kurma Manis) Di Kota Pekanbaru
This research is motivated by the lack of optimal health services provided by health workers, the difficulty of people accessing health facilities provided by the Pekanbaru City Government and other health service problems. Health services should be available to the entire community because health is the most basic thing and a right for every good person alive. Therefore, the Pekanbaru City Government, through the Pekanbaru City Health Service, has created an innovative development in the form of the Healthy Living Community Home Visit Program (Sweet Dates) or called Doctor On Call which aims to simplify and speed up health services for people who are in an emergency or are sick. who cannot afford to go to a health facility. The Healthy Living Community Home Visit Program (Sweet Dates) is a sustainable and comprehensive health service provided to individuals and families where they live (Home Visits). The aim of this research is to find out how the Healthy Living Community Home Visitation Program (Sweet Dates) is implemented in Pekanbaru City and what the inhibiting factors are. In this research, the theory used is the Edward III model theory. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. As well as data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that there is an influence in terms of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure on the implementation of the Healthy Living Community Home Visitation Program (Sweet Dates) in Pekanbaru City. The inhibiting factors are the lack of comprehensive outreach to the community in Pekanbaru City and the fairly long service flow in the Sweet Dates program.
