Pengaruh Budaya Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Sari Lembah Subur (Sls)

This study aims to determine whether OHS culture has an influence on employee performance of PT. Sari Lembah Subur (SLS) and how much influence. Reliability, validity, classical assumptions, correlation coefficient, linear regression, t test, and coefficient of determination (KP) tests were used to analyze the data. A sample size of 48 people was taken through the nonprobability method, namely the snowball sample. The results of the field research show that the Fcount value is 31,213 while the Ftable value = 4.05. In conclusion, 31,213 is greater than 4.05. With the terms of decision making, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected if Fcount is greater than Ftable. The KP value of 0.404 is obtained as the percentage contribution of variable X to variable Y. This shows that 40.4 % of OHS culture variables have a positive impact on employee performance, with other variables not examined in this study affecting 59.6 %.
