Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Pada Perawat Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays an important role in achieving service success at the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru in the competitive health industry. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru is influenced by several things such as transformational leadership style and job satisfaction. In order for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to continue to increase, the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru must continue to develop and apply a transformational leadership style to create a supportive work environment and increase the job satisfaction of nurses. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in inpatient nurses at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. This study had 55 respondents from 76 total inpatient nurse population. This research uses a sampling technique, namely convenience sampling. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study show that transformational leadership style and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in inpatient nurses at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru.
