Pengaruh Motif Pengguna Akun Instagram Explorecoffee Terhadap Kepuasan Followersdalam Mendapatkan Informasi Coffeeshop
Every year there is an increase in coffee consumers and coffee shops in
Pekanbaru. Therefore, many young people in Pekanbaru have ideas to create
an account to provide short reviews about coffee shops in Pekanbaru. One of
them is the Instagram account with a follower count reaching
23.9 thousand people. The high statistical data of social media users is
supported by the motives andsatisfaction of social media users to fulfill their
needs. This research aims to understand how the motives of Instagram account
users @explorecoffee influence follower satisfaction in obtaining coffee shop
information. This study uses the Uses andGratification Theory, which assumes
that social media users choose which media to use, both electronic and print
media, and how these media influence them. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory
approach, usinga questionnaire as the main instrument for data collection. The
population in this study is the followers of the Instagram account
@explorecoffee . The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability
sampling. The data from this research is processedand analyzed using IBM
SPSS version 25.
