Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Ikhtiar Riau Jaya Raya Peranap
The objective of this study is to examine the impact of transformational leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Ikhtiar Riau Jaya Raya. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to 32 employees. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical software package SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis indicate that, in part, transformational leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the t-count, which is greater than the t-table value (3.006>1.310). The results indicate that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by a t-count value that exceeds the t-table value (4.509>1.310). Furthermore, the F-test reveals that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y, as evidenced by an F-count value that surpasses the F-table value (12.600>3.33).
