Strategi Pengembangan Program Kawasan Sehat Dompet Dhuafa dalam Upaya Pencapaian Indikator Ke-3 Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Provinsi Riau

The implementation of the program Kawasan Sehat that has been rolled out by Dompet Dhuafa since 2021 to 2023 has not yet achieved the healthy area indicator in terms of ecology, social, and economic aspects. Based on these conditions, several problems can be formulated that occur in the implementation of the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa, including: How to evaluate the implementation of the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa and what is the strategy for developing the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa hin achieving indicator of sustainable development goal 3 in Riau Province.
This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the implementation of the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa and formulate a strategy for developing the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa to achieve indicator of sustainable development goal 3 in Riau Province. This study is expected to be a consideration for local governments in determining policies and programs resulting from the strategies that have been formulated in the development of the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa.
Data collection was carried out by field observations, interviews based on questionnaire questions to respondents, and in-depth interviews with stakeholders to the implementation of the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa. This study uses a qualitative research design. SWOT analysis is used to formulate a strategy for developing the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa in achieving the indicator of sustainable development goal 3 in Riau Province.
Evaluation of the implementation of the program kawasan sehat, the placement of 1 (person) program assistant to be an extension between Dompet Dhuafa and the stakeholders, empowerment of existing communities by forming 4 (four) health cadres and providing training to increase knowledge. The involvement of local stakeholders can be a supporting factor for the development of the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa.
The strategy obtained in the development of the program kawasan sehat Dompet Dhuafa the S-O (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, the role of the local government as a stakeholder in the future is more massive in supporting the implementation of the program. Efforts to maximize the role of program assistants to establish communication and cooperation with stakeholders and Puskesmas, and open up collaboration space for other similar Dompet Dhuafa institutions.
