The This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using audio visual media based on HTML5 Package (H5P) in learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) at SD Negeri 05 Kampung Dalam Siak District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the use of audio-visual media based on HTML5 Package (H5P) in IPAS learning was effective in improving student understanding, especially on water cycle material. This effectiveness is seen from several indicators, such as relevance to learning objectives, teachers' ability to utilize technology, ease of use of HTML5 Package (H5P) based audio-visual media, availability of supporting school facilities, and benefits felt by students and teachers. Audio-visual media based on HTML5 Package (H5P) is proven to make it easier for students to understand the material by presenting clear and interesting information, and encouraging student learning motivation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that audio-visual media based on HTML5 Package (H5P) is effectively used in IPAS learning and can be an important tool for teachers to increase understanding of the material and student engagement in learning.
