The development of differentiated teaching modules is very important in meeting the needs of diverse students in the modern educational era, which increasingly prioritizes personalized learning. Differentiated modules provide relevant learning experiences for each student by taking into account individual differences, thereby ensuring a more inclusive and adaptive learning process. In addition, this approach allows teachers to maximize student potential through managing a learning environment that supports student growth and achievement, which ultimately has an impact on improving educational outcomes (Wahyuni, 2024). This module is designed to adapt to the diversity of student abilities, both in terms of academic aspects and learning styles, thereby creating a more inclusive and tailored learning experience. Through a differentiated approach, this module provides opportunities for every student, regardless of their ability level, to learn effectively with specially designed assignments.
Technology integration, especially using the Padlet application, is one of the main advantages of this module. The Padlet application allows students to collaborate directly and in real-time, which not only increases participation but also encourages collaboration in composing descriptive text. Additionally, Padlet's interactive features, such as visualization and access to a variety of digital resources, provide an engaging learning experience and increase student motivation.
Padlet also supports context-based learning by giving students the opportunity to connect learned concepts with real situations through digital exploration. Nevertheless, the implementation of differentiated teaching modules faces challenges such as limited resources and the need for ongoing professional training for educators to implement this strategy effectively. With the right approach, differentiated modules have great potential to become an innovative solution in improving the quality of education in the contemporary era. Therefore, the development of this module not only offers a more adaptive learning solution but also makes optimal use of technology to create an active, relevant and meaningful learning proc.
