Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Digital Menggunakan Google My Business Dalam Meningkatkanminat Beli Konsumen Dimominha Baby, Kids And Mom Care Pekanbaru
MomiNha Baby, Kids, and Mom Care is a place that specifically provides health services and care for babies and mothers. MomiNha uses Local SEO techniques as its digital marketing communication strategy to rank first in Google search results and increase consumer purchase interest. However, MomiNha has not yet achieved the first ranking despite implementing the Local SEO marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to understand the planning, implementation, and evaluation of digital marketing communication strategies through Google My Business using Local Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to increase consumer purchase interest at MomiNha Baby, Kids, and Mom Care in Pekanbaru.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which aims to deeply and thoroughly describe the phenomenon being studied. In selecting informants, the study employs a purposive technique, where informants are deliberately chosen based on certain criteria relevant to the research topic. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation with six informants who have experience and knowledge related to the research topic. The data analysis process is carried out in several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and conclusion verification. The data validation techniques used are prolonged engagement and triangulation.
The results of this study show that MomiNha's planning involves three stages: understanding SEO, setting Local SEO usage goals, and determining keywords. In the implementation of digital marketing communication strategies, MomiNha optimizes nine Google My Business features: Edit Profile, Read Reviews, Photos, Performance, Advertise, Edit Products, Edit Services, Add Info, and Request Reviews. The evaluation of MomiNha's digital marketing communication strategy includes two stages: performance analysis and consumer feedback. MomiNha has not yet achieved the first ranking because of inconsistency in optimizing SEO on Google My Business.
