Pengelolaan Kurikulum Berbasis Multiple Intelligence Di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Bina Kreasi Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to describe the management of multiple intelligence-based curriculum at PKBM Bina Kreasi, Pekanbaru City. The focus of the study includes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, evaluating, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in curriculum management.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants in this study include the head of PKBM, tutors, and learners. The results of the study indicate that the management of multiple intelligence-based curriculum at PKBM Bina Kreasi runs well through a comprehensive planning process, adaptive implementation, and evaluation that considers the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of learners. The supporting factors include full support from the community and competent tutors, while the inhibiting factors include limited resources and facilities. This study provides theoretical contributions in the management of multiple intelligence-based curriculum in non-formal education and is practical as an evaluation and reference for PKBM and other similar institutions.
