Studi tentang Aktualisasi Nilai Karakter Disiplin Dan Tanggung Jawab Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the actualization of discipline and responsibility character values of students of SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu, Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. In accordance with the objectives of national education, it emphasizes that education in schools is not only related to mastery in the academic field, but must also be in line and balanced with the formation of student character. Schools are one of the most effective places in implementing student character values. schools have a main goal in the field of education that can create intelligent people with good character. This study uses a qualitative research type through a descriptive approach. The research subjects in this study were 11 informants, as sources of information, namely the vice principal, BK teacher, homeroom teacher and students of SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hulu. Data collection techniques in this study were by means of Interviews, Observation and Documentation.
The results of the study showed that the actualization of the character values of discipline and responsibility carried out by students through various indicators such as discipline indicators ranging from time discipline, discipline towards regulations, behavioral discipline, discipline in carrying out worship, while the actualization of responsibility through indicators such as being responsible for all tasks, both schoolwork and homework that are done well, being responsible for every action taken and being responsible for activities that have become their obligations such as picket duties and mutual cooperation.
