This final project discusses profit analysis for a cake producers using a integer linear programming approach using the branch-and-cut method to find integer solution while generating maximum profit. The data used is daily production data with details of the cake varians produced, raw materials used, production and operational costs and stock of raw materials provided. This problem aims to increase profits and reduce waste of raw materials used. Problem analysis was carried out using three software, namely Excel Solver software, Lingo software and calculator method simplex AtoZmath.com. The results of the research produce a solution in integer, making it easier for producers to produce while generating maximum profits and minimizing the remaining raw materials used.
