Analisis Kondisi Minyak Isolasi Transformator Daya 10 Mva Pada Gardu PT. Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU II Dumai Berdasarkan Pengujian Dga (Dissolved Gas Analysis)
Power transformers have common problems such as thermal and electrical failures which can produce harmful gases in the insulating oil which is commonly known as fault gas. For this reason, transformer care and maintenance is required by testing the transformer oil, namely DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis) testing. The aim of this research was to detect transformer failures and analyze the relationship between transformer loading and DGA test results and to provide recommendations and follow-up on transformer conditions. There are four analytical methods used, namely, TDCG (Total Dissolved Combustible Gas), Key Gas, Roger's Ratio, and Duval's Triangle. From this research, the results obtained were that Transformer T1-7 was indicated to have overheated cellulose, low temperature thermal and thermal faults ˃700ºC. Transformer T2-7 indicated that there was overheated cellulose, low energy partial discharge, and thermal faults ˃700ºC. Transformer T1-13 and Transformer T2-13 were indicated to have low energy partial discharge, low temperature thermal, , thermal faults 300ºC-700ºC and thermal faults ˃700ºC. Transformer loading greatly influences the amount of fault gas from each transformer because the greater the loading, the greater the amount of fault gas (ppm). The four transformers are still in 1 TDCG condition, but seeing indications of failure, the transformers should be investigated immediately.
Key words: DGA, TDCG, Key Gas, Roger's Ratio, Duval's Triangle.
