Evaluasi Pelayanan Melalui Online Single Submission (Oss) Dalam Penerbitan Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (Pbg) Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (Dpmptsp) Kota Pekanbaru
Public service is a fulfillment activity carried out by the government for a number of humans who have every profitable activity in a group or unit, and offers satisfaction even though the results are not tied to a physical product. The government in organizing public services offers a product in the form of public services itself. Public service problems such as the lack of participation by the Pekanbaru City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) have resulted in many people being hampered in obtaining licenses at the Pekanbaru City DPMPTSP. This research uses Qualitative research with a case study approach. This research uses Stufflebleam's theory (Abdul Rahman: 2022) which uses indicators of Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, and Results Evaluation. The implementation of Online Single Submission (OSS) as an integrated licensing system provides various conveniences in the licensing application process, both from the applicant and local government side. In addition, another advantage is the time and place in applying for permits, thus providing high efficiency and convenience for the community. The successful implementation of OSS is inseparable from several challenges, such as the need for training service officers to improve technical competence, optimizing risk-based systems through continuous network maintenance, and increasing socialization to the public.
