The performance of the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Pekanbaru City in overseeing the installation of campaign props for the 2024 Legislative Election is necessary because many campaign props are installed in violation of established regulations, such as in places of worship, hospitals, and road shoulders, which can endanger drivers. The scope of this research is limited to the Bawaslu Kota Pekanbaru and focuses on the supervision of the installation of campaign props in the 2024 legislative elections. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of the Pekanbaru City Election Supervisory Board in overseeing the installation of campaign props in the 2024 legislative elections. Additionally, it also identifies the factors hindering the performance of the General Election Supervisory Board of Pekanbaru City in overseeing the installation of campaign props in the 2024 Legislative Election using Mahsun's organizational performance theory. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Pekanbaru City General Election Supervisory Agency in overseeing the installation of campaign props in the 2024 Legislative Election was not maximally executed. The inhibiting factors are human resources, limited infrastructure, and weak law enforcement.
