Efektivitas Kinerja Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol Pp) Kabupaten Kampar Dalam Penertiban Warung Remang-Remang

Seeing that there are still remang-remang stalls in Siak Hulu District due to the owners of Warung Remang-Remang who oppose the curbing of Warung Remang-Remang so that the need for curbing carried out by the Kampar Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit in collaboration with the Kampar Resort Police and the Military District Commander 0313 / KPR in conducting Under Control Operations. This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the performance of the Kampar Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit (Satpol PP) in curbing Warung Remang-Remang and its inhibiting factors. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The theory used is the theory of organizational performance by Dwiyanto there are 5 indicators: productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, accountability. The results of this study found that the Enforcement of dimly lit stalls in Siak Hulu Subdistrict by Satpol PP and the Yustisi Team showed mixed results. The curbing of dimly lit stalls in Siak Hulu by Satpol PP shows mixed results. Productivity is on target, but constrained by distance and minimal follow-up. Service quality is adequately supported by budget, but lacks motivation and government support. Responsiveness is improved through technology, although flexibility is limited. Accountability improves order, but negatively affects the economy of stall owners. Improved coordination, human resource training and economic solutions are needed. Other inhibiting factors faced in policing dimly lit stalls are limited human resources, lack of coordination, large area, and lack of transportation and financing.
