Rancang Bangun Mesin Pompa Air 3-Fasa Untuk Sistem Pompa Air Tenaga Surya
In general, the water pump machine used in households is a centrifugal water pump type driven by a 1-phase permanent-split-capacitor induction motor or abbreviated as PSC motor. In the use of driving a water pump using solar power, a 3-phase cage rotor induction motor must be driven by a 3-phase alternating voltage. A 1-phase permanent-split-capacitor induction motor or abbreviated as PSC motor will be converted into a water pump driven by a 3-phase cage rotor 2-pole induction motor with a nominal voltage of 100 V, 50 Hz which will then be used in a solar water pump system. The motor used has 24 slots and the stator windings are connected in a Delta connection. To modify a PSC motor into a 3-phase cage rotor induction motor, we can change the number and location of the windings without having to change the construction of the motor. A 3-phase cage rotor induction motor has relatively constant speed characteristics, around its synchronous rotation.
