Intergrated Marketing Communication (Imc) Gebu Indonesia Sebagai Perusahaan Startup Dalampenyedia Jasa Part Time Di Pekanbaru
Gebu Indonesia is an outsourcing company engaged in providing labor services (HR) to other companies. Gebu Indonesia is the only outsourcing company in Pekanbaru that is still in the startup process. As a startup company that has just been established, in order to compete with other large outsourcing companies, Gebu Indonesia creates innovation and a good Marketing process. The innovation created by Gebu Indonesia lies in the type of service they provide, namely by using a more flexible part-time system according to the needs of their market segment which is volatile. In the Marketing process Gebu Indonesia uses integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). Integrated Marketing used is Digital Marketing, personal selling, Sales Promotion, Direct Marketing, public relations, events, and Word of Mouth. This study aims to analyze the segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP) of Gebu Indonesia, and to find out the application of IMC carried out by the company.
This research uses qualitative research methods. The subjects in this study consisted of four research subjects as informants through purposive techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Hubberman interactive data model. Data validity checks using data source triangulation techniques.
The results of this research show that Gebu Indonesia's segmentation focuses on companies in Pekanbaru with the scale and characteristics of companies that really need outsourching to solve their problems related to HR. Gebu's targeting is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and Gebu's Positioning creates companies with fast, instant and flexible services. The Integrated Marketing Communications used by Gebu Indonesia are Digital Marketing through Instagram, Personal selling by direct ly visiting the place of business. Direct Marketing through dm Instagram, email and Whatsapp , Sales Promotion in the form of discount promos on big days and special prices to clients direct ly with certain categories, public relations by prioritizing service and quality of workers and making monthly visits to client business locations, events by becoming mentors or speakers at class events or webinars by carrying the name Gebu Indonesia and utilizing events to promote, Word of Mouth occurs between clients who have used Gebu Indonesia services with their fellow entrepreneurs.
