Optimalisasi Sitei Unri Kp/Skripsi Dengan Penambahan Fitur Surat Digital

The Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Riau has developed the SITEI UNRI KP/Skripsi system. This system allows students to register for their internships (KP) and thesis (skripsi) online. Although the system has facilitated student processes, several limitations still need to be addressed to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Automation helps reduce administrative burdens, accelerates operations, and minimizes human errors. The research findings indicate that the system achieved a 92.8% score in System Usefulness, 92.1% in Information Quality, and 92.6% in Interface Quality. Students can complete administrative tasks more quickly without manually typing letters, which also reduces errors in document preparation.
