Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Penguasaan Materi Teks Argumentasi Kelas XI SMA
The problem based learning model can have a high impact when applied to learning activities. Then in this research, researchers used a paired sample t-test, to find out how big the influence of the problem based learning model was. In hypothesis testing, the data used are the results of the students' pretest and posttest in the experimental class. Based on the results of data processing with the help of SPSS version 30, it was found that the t value was -5.429 because the significance value (sig) was 0.001, it can be concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This proves that the problem based learning model has a partial positive and significant effect on students' mastery of argumentative text material. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, there are significant differences in the cognitive abilities of experimental class and control class students. This can be seen in the comparison of the average value of learning outcomes for the experimental class which obtained an average value of 80 which was higher than the control class which obtained an average value of 72. The results were different due to the different treatment given to each class.
