Pase Bolilik Subang Jaya beach tourism is a tourist spot in Pasir Limau Kapas sub-district, Rokan Hilir district. Pase Bolilik Subang Jaya Beach is one of the tourist attractions in Rokan Hilir district. The government is making various efforts to improve tourist facilities and promotions in order to attract tourists who come to Pase Bolilik Subang Jaya beach. This shows the seriousness of the government and community to develop the Pase Bolilik Beach tourist destination in Subang Jaya. The purpose of this research was to determine problem definition, planning, implementation and evaluation in developing the Pase Bolilik Subang Jaya beach tourist destination.

This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. The research subjects were the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, the village government and also the community taken incidentally. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, while data validity techniques use extended participation and triangulation.
The research results show communication management in the development of the Pase Bolilik Subang Jaya beach tourist destination. First, defining the problem, namely developing the potential that exists in the Pasir Limau cotton district and identifying community needs. Second, planning the development that underlies what will be built there and then managing social media well. third, implementation, namely providing ideas that can be displayed and approached the community by holding events. Fourth, evaluation of activities makes progress in communication management using social media in promoting Pase Bolilik Subang Jaya Beach tourism. We can see that social media is very quickly delivered to the community and evaluates a joint activity that has been carried out by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Rokan Hilir district, Government. villages and communities.
