Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Human Capital Di Pt Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Pekanbaru
Employee motivation is a crucial factor in influencing or encouraging both individuals and teams from external sources to willingly execute assigned tasks. This motivation is facilitated through organizational communication and leadership styles within a company. This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of organizational communication and leadership styles on the work motivation ofhuman capital employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in Pekanbaru. The research problem is formulated as the influence of organizational communicationand leadership styles on employee work motivation.
The methodology employed is quantitative, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, with data collected through a survey distributed via a questionnaire form.
The resultsof thisstudy indicate that organizational communication, in isolation, has a significant impact on the work motivation of human capital employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in Pekanbaru. Similarly, leadership style, when considered separately, also exerts a significant influence on employee work motivation. Furthermore, both organizational communication and leadership styles collectively have a notable effect on the work motivation of human capital employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in Pekanbaru.
