Analisis Perbandingan Waktu, Biaya, Dan Produktivitas Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pengecoran Menggunakan Concrete Pump Dan Concrete Bucket (Studi Kasus: Pembangunan Fisik Cwr-03 Piu Adb Unri Gedung Pascasarjana)
ABSTRACT
Construction method is one of the important components of 5M, which consists of Man (labor), Machine (tools), Material (materials), Money (cost), and Method (method). Effectiveness and efficiency are the main objectives in a project, therefore methods are an important role in a construction project from the planning stage to the implementation stage. This research focuses on analyzing the comparison of time, cost, and productivity of casting in the Riau University Postgraduate Building construction project using two casting methods, namely concrete pump and concrete bucket. The main problem that arises in this study is the method of casting floor plates and beams that should use a concrete pump but use 2 methods at once, namely concrete pump and concrete bucket. This study aims to compare the cost, time, and efficient productivity of the two different casting methods. The methods used are direct observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the cost of casting the concrete bucket method for plates and beams was 9.8% lower than the concrete pump method. For the casting work time, the concrete pump method for plates and beams is 30.3% faster than the concrete bucket method. For the productivity of casting work, the concrete pump method for plates and beams is 47.06% more productive than the concrete bucket method.
