Efektivitas Komunikasi Akun Tiktok @Pandawaragroup Sebagaimedia Kampanye Kebersihan Lingkungan
TikTok is a highly popular social media platform among society today. This platform has great potential as a medium for environmental cleanliness campaigns. One notabelexample is the TikTok account @pandawaragroup, a well-known community dedicated to environmental care. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the TikTok account @pandawaragroup in campaigning for environmental cleanliness. The analytical framework employs Hardjana's communication effectiveness theory, which includes six indicators: message Receiver, message Content, communication channel, format, message Source, and Timing.
This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The research sample consists of 100 respondents purposively selected from the active followers of the TikTok account @pandawaragroup. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via TikTok direct messages (DM) and comment sections on @pandawaragroup’s posts. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS for Windows 27 with descriptive statistical analysis techniques.
The results show that the communication effectiveness of the TikTok account @pandawaragroup is very high, with an overall average effectiveness score of
3.43. The average scores for each indicator, including message Receiver (3.32), message Content (3.50), communication channel (3.48), format (3.48), message Source (3.44), and Timing (3.48), all exceeded 3.00. These findings indicate that the TikTok account @pandawaragroup is highly effective as a medium for environmental cleanliness campaigns.
