Pengaruh Kompensasi, Beban Kerja Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kualitas Kerja Pada Karyawan J&T Express Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, workload and motivation
simultaneously and partially on the quality of work of J&T Express Pekanbaru
employees. The population of this study was employees at J&T Express
Pekanbaru totaling 157 people. The sampling technique used stratified random
sampling technique with the number of samples taken as many as 1 coordinator,
55 gate way staff and 5 leaders with a total of 61 people determined using the
slovin formula. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was
analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation,
workload and motivation had an effect on the quality of work of J&T Express
Pekanbaru employees. Compensation had a significant effect on the quality of
work of J&T Express Pekanbaru employees as evidenced by the t-value of 4.585>
