Analisis Penerapan Metode Systematic Layout Planning (Slp) Dan 5s Untuk Peningkatan Produktivitas Di Pt. Mitra Engineering Kepri.

ABSTRACK
PT Mitra Engineering Kepri is a company engaged in the production of electronic goods. This study aims to redesign the layout using the SLP method and analyze the application of the 5s method at PT Mitra Engineering Kepri. The methods used are Systematic layout planning (SLP) and 5S. SLP is one way to design a facility layout by paying attention to the sequence of processes and the degree of closeness between units contained in the facility to be designed. 5s is a culture of how a person treats his workplace properly. Based on blocplan, the alternative layout is still not optimal because blocplan cannot enter the same machine data, therefore the selected layout is changed according to company needs. From the changed layout, a distance of 185.02 meters was obtained with a reduction in distance of 82.89 meters from the initial layout of 267.91 meters. After using the 5S method, changes are obtained in the company, namely, seiri which will sort out damaged machines, seiton which will organize scattered items, seiso makes the company cleaner, seiketsu will make regulations, soup on the machine, shitsuke will make employees more disciplined.
